Adjacent-snapshot line diff for a check（monitor-diff）
Free (not billed). available=false + reason（not_diffable/snapshot_expired/too_large）为常态非错误；new=全 added，removed=全 removed；context 默认 3，行段 hunk 化带 elision 折叠。
Auth: Authorization: Bearer ac-… · billed per call (see Credits) — envelope {success,data,credit_cost} or {success:false,error}.
