get /v1/monitor/{id}/snapshots/{snapshotId}

Fetch a monitor snapshot as normalized markdown（agent-selfserve）

Free (not billed). text/markdown 直出（非 JSON 信封）；ETag=content_hash，X-Snapshot-Char-Count/X-Snapshot-Created-At 带元信息。每 monitor 留最近 10 个快照——已淘汰/不存在均 404，取回宜在事件后尽快进行。check 行 snapshot_id/prev_snapshot_id 可喂本端点。

Auth: Authorization: Bearer ac-… · billed per call (see Credits) — envelope {success,data,credit_cost} or {success:false,error}.
